强中心城市近郊区轨道交通线网规划研究

为适应强中心城市的资源分布特征,应科学编制其近郊区轨道交通线网规划,充分发挥线网规划的引领和带动作用.首先,明确强中心城市和近郊区的概念,分析强中心城市近郊区的交通需求特征;然后,综合考虑近郊区紧邻中心城区的区位优势、与中心城区间旺盛的通勤需求以及内部出行活跃等特征,从规划范围、线网规模、线网框架、方案比选和实施规划5个方面提出近郊区线网规划重点;最后,以广州市番禺区为例,在交通需求预测基础上,提出"井字+放射"的线网框架,并结合市级线网规划制定番禺区线网规划方案,以解决其与中心城区之间交通廊道拥堵、东西向通道缺乏的问题,充分发挥番禺区承接中心城区疏解人口、协同南沙新区发展、作为广佛同城门户的功能.希望能够为后续强中心城市近郊区轨道交通规划工作提供参考和借鉴.
Research of urban rail transit network planning in suburban areas of strong center cities
To adapt to the distribution characteristics of resources in strong center cities,scientifically carry out network planning of urban rail transit in suburban areas,fully leverage the leading and driving role of network planning,the focused research has been innovatively carried out on the urban rail transit network planning in suburban areas of strong center cities.Firstly,clarify the concepts of strong center cities and suburban areas,and analyze the transportation demand characteristics of strong center cities and suburban areas;secondly,taking into account the advantageous location of the suburban area adjacent to the central urban area,the strong commuting demand between the suburban area and the central urban area,and the active internal travel,the key points of network planning are proposed from five aspects:planning scope,network scale,network framework,scheme comparison,and implementation planning;finally,taking Panyu district of Guangzhou municipality as an example,based on the prediction of transportation demand,a"#-shaped plus radiating"network framework is proposed,and combined with the city level network planning,a network planning scheme for Panyu district is proposed to solve the issue of traffic corridor congestion and lack of east-west channels between it and the central urban area,fully leveraging the functions of Panyu district in undertaking the population relocation of the center of the city,coordinating the development of Nansha new area,and serving as the gateway to Guangzhou Foshan co-city.Hopefully it could provide reference and inspiration for the urban rail transit planning work in the suburban areas of strong center cities in the future.
