摘要

受气候影响,广州地铁列车的空调舒适性已成为乘客的重要关注点,直接关乎列车整体舒适性评价.文章以广州地铁21 号线列车空调客室目标温度、新风阀开度及压缩机启动控制逻辑等列车空调系统的关键控制参数为研究对象,根据前期应用数据积累,对现有空调控制策略的应用效果进行全面评估.鉴于乘客对冷暖车厢的差异化需求日益凸显,进一步开展空调智慧化控制策略研究,提出3项优化措施,包括实施自动分时段、区域差异化的车厢目标温度调整策略,优化冬季新风阀开度控制及改进压缩机启动控制逻辑.经过跟踪验证,确认该空调智慧化控制策略可有效提升车厢舒适度并降低空调能耗.

Abstract

Influenced by the climate,the air conditioning comfort of Guangzhou metro trains has become the primary concern of passengers,which is directly related to the evaluation of the overall comfort of the train.This article takes the target temperature,fresh air valve opening and compressor start control logic of the air-conditioned passenger compartment of Guangzhou metro line 21 trains as the research object.Based on the accumulation of preliminary application data of Guangzhou metro line 21,the application effect of the existing air conditioning control strategy for train air conditioning on line 21 is comprehensively analyzed.In view of the increasing demand of passengers for differentiation between warm and cold carriages,this article further carries out the research on air conditioning intelligent control strategy and puts forward three optimization measures,including the implementation of automatic time and regionally differentiated target temperature adjustment strategy,optimization of fresh air valve opening control in winter,and improvement of compressor start-up control logic.After tracking and verification,it has been confirmed that the intelligent control strategy for air conditioning can effectively improve the comfort of the carriage and reduce air conditioning energy consumption.
