城市轨道交通工程车运行安全监控系统设计及应用

目前,城市轨道交通工程车普遍未加装运行安全防护设备,在正线和场段行车作业过程中主要依靠司机目视观察、人为判断实现安全控制,缺少如信号复显、语音提醒及自动制动等重要的技术防护措施,这一现状导致工程车在运行过程中存在超速、冒进信号的风险,以致脱轨、挤岔等事故时有发生.为解决该问题,文章设计出1套适用于城市轨道交通工程车的运行安全监控系统,并详细阐述其系统功能、工作原理以及在场段和正线的控制模式.为验证该系统的实际效果与性能,于广州地铁7号线装车验证,验证结果显示,该系统可满足城市轨道交通工程车对安全防护和监控的要求.
Design and application of servicing vehicle operation safety monitoring system for urban rail transit
At present,urban rail transit servicing vehicles are generally not equipped with operation safety protection equipment,and safety control is mainly realized by the driver's visual observation and artificial judgment in the process of driving and operation on the main line and in depots.There are lacks of technical protection means such as signal duplication,voice reminder,automatic parking,etc.In operation,the servicing vehicles have the risk of overspeed and overrunning signals,leading to accidents such as derailment and turnout splitting from time to time.To solve such issue,this article designs a set of operation safety monitoring system for urban rail transit servicing vehicle,and elaborates its system function,working principle,and control mode in depots and on the main line.In order to verify the actual effect and performance of the system,it is installed in Guangzhou metro line 7 trains,and the verification results show that the system can meet the safety protection and monitoring requirements of urban rail transit servicing vehicle.
