城市复杂环境地铁隧道精细爆破微振关键技术研究

随着城市地下空间的不断开发,地铁线路、车站以及出入口的选择越来越受土地空间限制.城市复杂环境地铁爆破施工势必对周边敏感建(构)筑物产生影响,控制不当极易引发不稳定因素,亟需对低振速、高效、环保的爆破技术进行研究.文章以重庆地铁中风化岩层深埋暗挖大断面车站精细爆破施工为背景,基于周边环境对爆破参数选择、延时优选进行重点分析和验证,应用振速监测平台与应力监测平台,细化监管手段找到适应爆破现场条件的振动衰减系数回归,达到微振爆破和绿色环保施工的目的.相关研究可为其他类似地铁隧道爆破工程提供参考和借鉴.
Research on micro vibration key technology of fine blasting for metro tunnels in urban complex environment
With the continuous development of urban underground space,the selection of metro lines,stations,and entrances and exits is increasingly confined by land space.The metro blasting construction in urban complex environment will inevitably have a certain impact on the surrounding sensitive buildings(structures)to a certain extent.Poor control can easily lead to unstable factors,and there is an urgent need to adopt a low vibration,efficient,and environmentally friendly blasting technology.This article relies on the fine blasting construction of the weathered rock layer deep buried and hidden excavation large cross-section station in Chongqing metro,focuses on the analysis and verification of blasting parameter selection and delay preference based on the surrounding environment,applies the vibration velocity monitoring platform and the stress monitoring platform,and refines the supervision means to find the vibration attenuation coefficient regression adapted to the blasting site conditions,so as to achieve the purpose of micro-vibratory blasting and green environmental protection construction.The relevant research could provide reference and inspiration for other similar metro tunnel blasting projects.
