Research on the application of precise clearance calculation in metro engineering design and construction process
The GB 50157-2013"Code for Design of Metro"and TB 10003-2016"Code for Design of Railway Tunnel"are both applicable to the calculation of clearance widening in metro transitional curve sections.By studying the differences and variation patterns of the clearance widening values in the transitional curve section between two standards,it can be concluded that GB 50157-2013"Code for Design of Metro"provides more accurate calculation results for the clearance widening in the transitional curve section.Based on engineering practice,when applying the transitional curve calculation method in GB 50157-2013"Code for Design of Metro",it is proposed to use segmented widening in the clearance design of transitional curve sections for design and construction purposes.In construction processing,it is recommended to accurately calculate the results according to the transitional curve for on-site verification,in order to further reduce the amount and difficulty of construction re-work.In addition,for the widening method of the clearance under the condition of directly connecting situations between circular curves and straight lines,the article proposes the use of linear interpolation method for calculation,and has achieved good application results in construction processing.Through accurate calculation research of the clearance,it provides reference for subsequent engineering construction.
