地铁复杂环境下矩形顶管障碍物预处理技术研究

针对地铁矩形顶管在复杂环境顶进过程中遇到障碍物导致顶管机停机等问题,以厦门市某地铁车站出入口及过街通道工程为背景,采用水平钻孔结合物探的方法探明障碍物,对复杂环境下顶管预处理障碍物技术进行研究.针对不同障碍物,分析各种处理方法的风险及优缺点.结果表明:文章提出的密集钻孔清除孤石、暗挖隧道凿除桩基顶管空推方案可有效提前清除障碍,同时缩短施工工期,降低工程成本;此外,根据对顶管顶进参数进行研究分析,提出地铁顶管通道障碍物探测及预处理、顶进参数选择、顶管改进的相关建议.相关研究成果可为类似工况下顶管施工提供参考和借鉴.
Research on pre-treatment technology for rectangular pipe jacking obstacles in metro complex environments
In response to the problem of forced shutdown caused by obstacles encountered during the process of rectangular pipe jacking in complex environments,horizontal drilling combined with a geophysical exploration method was used to explore obstacles at the entrance and exit of a planned metro station in Xiamen,and the pre-treatment technology for obstacles in complex environments was studied.The risks and advantages and disadvantages of various handling methods for different obstacles were analyzed.The results show that the proposed scheme of dense drilling to remove isolated rocks and excavation of pile foundations and top pipe pushing in underground tunnels has completely and effectively cleared obstacles in advance,while at the same time shortened the construction period and reduced engineering costs;in addition,based on the research and analysis of the jacking parameters,some suggestions have been proposed for obstacle detection and preprocessing in the metro jacking channel,the selection of jacking parameters and the improvement of jacking.The relevant research results could provide a certain basis and reference for pipe jacking construction under similar working conditions.
