市域铁路机械法联络通道技术应用研究

上海市域铁路区间隧道长、线间距大,导致联络通道数量多、长度长、埋深大,多位于承压水层,采用传统冻结法施工风险高,施工周期长.机械法联络通道施工技术是近几年快速发展的一种新型联络通道施工技术,目前已在地铁盾构隧道中得到一定的推广,但尚未在市域铁路中有所应用.通过研究机械法联络通道的技术特点及工程应用情况,从地层适应性和施工空间 2个角度分析在市域铁路中采用机械法的可能性,并提出在市域铁路中采用机械法进行联络通道施工所面临的关键技术问题,结合市域铁路盾构隧道特点提出主隧道与联络通道同步施工方案,以期为该技术在市域铁路中的应用提供参考.
Research on the application of mechanized drilling technology for connecting passage in urban region railway
Due to the long tunnels and large spacing between railways tracks in Shanghai urban region railway lines,there are many connecting passages with long lengths and deep burial depths.Traditional freezing methods have high construction risks and long construction periods due to many of them are located in confined water system.The connecting passage construction technology based on mechanized drilling is a rapidly developing new construction technology of connecting passages in recent years.It has been widely promoted in metro shield tunnels,but has not yet been applied in urban region railways.By studying the technical characteristics and engineering application of mechanized drilling technology,this paper analyzes the possibility of using mechanized drilling in urban region railways from the perspectives of geological adaptability and construction clearance.The critical technical issues faced in using mechanized drilling for connecting passage construction in urban region railways are proposed,and a synchronized construction plan for the main tunnel and connecting passage is proposed based on the characteristics of shield tunnels in urban region railways,in order to provide reference for the application of this technology in urban region railways.
