Simulation study on parameters of monolithic track bed with damping pad in metro rectangular tunnel
To further reduce the impact of environmental vibration generated by the operation of metro vehicles, the article proposes a new type of rectangular tunnel vibration damping scheme, which is based on the floating plate of the damping pad,and the position of the damping pad is shifted downward to the tunnel lining between the pipe sheet and the overall roadbed,so that the spring-loaded mass of the damping pad is increased, thus improving the vibration damping effect.Combined with the measured data of circular tunnel, this article establishes and checks the finite element model of ordinary track bed of circular tunnel, and then changes the tunnel section form to rectangle as the finite element model of ordinary track bed of rectangular tunnel, and changes the damping effect of the overall roadbed of the damping pad by changing the thickness, elastic modulus, and density of the damping pad,and then finally carries out the parameter optimization design. The research shows that:① the damping pad monolithic track bed has better damping effect than the existing track damping products, and there is a large margin between the safety index and the standard limit.② the damping effect is directly proportional to the thickness of the damping pad, inversely proportional to the elastic modulus of the damping pad,and has a relatively small relationship with the density of the damping pad.
