Research on optimization of operation strategy for Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Intercity railway based on passenger flow characteristics analysis
The Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan intercity railway is an important measure for Hunan province to achieve the integration of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group.After the debut of the Changde-Yiyang-Changsha high-speed railway and connecting line of Shimen-Changsha railway,the train operation schemes for the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan intercity high-speed railway has been adjusted some times,and has developed from only serving Changsha,Zhuzhou,and Xiangtan to extending to Yiyang,Changde,and even Xiangxi areas,which enhancing the connections between cities within the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group and promoting the integrated development of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group.Based on the current development status of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan intercity railway,this paper analyzes the passenger flow between 15 stations of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan intercity railway and other through operation stations,examines the trip time and spatiotemporal characteristics of the intercity passenger flow,summarizes the characteristics of the intercity passenger flow at three levels:within a city,between the three cities of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan,and wide area from outside to Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan area,and proposes targeted optimization suggestions for the operation strategy of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan intercity railway.
