城市轨道交通车辆段及上盖建筑消防设计——以苏州天鹅荡车辆段项目为例

实施上盖开发是当前城市轨道交通车辆段建设的最优模式,但现行国家与地方相关规范对此类项目的消防设计尚无详细规定.为此,以苏州市轨道交通 7号线天鹅荡车辆段及上盖开发项目为研究对象,在阐述车辆段及上盖建筑消防设计原则与难点的基础上,分别对盖下车辆段及盖上建筑的消防车道及出入口、单体火灾危险性类别及耐火等级、防火分区及分隔措施、安全疏散距离、防火间距、自动灭火设施、消防配电、消防负荷、消防车道应急照明、库房及消防车道防排烟等关键技术措施的设计与要求展开分析,并提出具体消防设计建议措施,以期为类似项目的相关实践提供参考与借鉴.
Firefighting design for urban rail transit depot and topside superstructure-Taking the Tian'edang depot project in Suzhou as an example
mplementing topside property development is the optimal mode for the construction of urban rail transit depot,but there are no detailed provisions in the current relevant national and local specifications for the firefighting design of such projects.For this reason,taking the Tian'edang depot and its topside property development project of Suzhou rail transit line 7 as the research target and on the basis of elaborating the principles and difficulties of firefighting design of the depot and its topside property development project,analysis is carried out against the design and requirements of key technical measures of the depot under the cover and the superstructure under the cover,such as firefighting lanes and exits and entrances,fire hazard category and fire resistance rating of the single unit,fire compartment and separation measures,safety evacuation distances,fire prevention distances,automatic fire extinguishing facilities,power distribution for firefighting,firefighting loads,emergency lighting for firefighting lanes,smoke evacuation of the warehouse and firefighting lanes,etc.,respectively,and put forward specific suggestions and measures for firefighting design,so as to provide reference and an example to build on for the relevant practice of similar projects.
