快凝低强度浆液填仓法盾构带压开仓换刀施工技术研究

在软硬不均和溶洞区地层中,土压平衡盾构机掘进极易造成刀盘磨损严重和地表沉陷等不良后果.针对衡盾泥开仓法工期长、费用高的缺点,研发一种适合上软下硬及岩溶地层的快凝低强度浆液填仓开仓换刀技术.该技术从优化惰性浆液填仓提升气密性、改进浆液拌制工艺、实施土仓内渣气置换及加强土仓气密性检测 4个技术方面,明确惰性浆液填仓法的施工原理,总结在高岩溶发育区采用惰性浆液填仓法进行盾构带压开仓换刀的施工流程,并对关键技术开展研究.现场实践表明,惰性浆液填仓法高质高效实现土仓保压,降低施工安全风险,经济和社会效益显著,成功助力盾构机穿越高岩溶发育区.
Research on the construction technology of shield opening and cutter changing under pressure by fast setting low strength slurry filling method
In the stratum with uneven hardness and karst cave area,the excavation of Earth Pressure Balance Shield(EPBS)machine will easily lead to serious cutter head wear and surface subsidence,among other adverse consequences.In view of the disadvantages of long construction period and high cost of the opening method with shield protection slurry,a fast-setting low-strength slurry filling shield opening and cutter changing technology suitable for the upper soft and lower hard,as well as the karst stratum is researched and developed.This technology clarifies the construction principle of the inert slurry filling method by optimizing the inert slurry filling silo to enhance air tightness,improving the slurry mixing process,implementing the slag gas replacement in the silo,and strengthening the air tightness testing of the silo in four technical aspects.The construction process of shield opening and cutter changing under pressure using the inert slurry filling method in high karst development areas is summarized,and research is carried out as regards the key technologies.Field practice shows that the inert slurry filling method achieves high-quality and efficient soil silo pressure maintenance,reduces construction safety risks,has significant economic and social benefits,and successfully assisted shield machines in crossing high karst development areas.
