涉铁市政工程设计方案研究及风险控制

为保证既有城市轨道交通运营安全,新建市政基础设施前期方案研究需着重考虑对既有轨道线路的保护.北京丰台火车站作为重要交通枢纽载体,周边市政交通设施建设条件错综复杂,如何控制其对已运营北京地铁10号线的影响是市政道路设计研究中的难题.为确保市政道路方案顺利落地,针对桥梁、车库通道、地下隧道等多种道路形式,分别论证涉及北京地铁10号线不同方案的可行性.提出以3级设防方针即"源头控制、过程隔离、末端补强"为原则,根据涉铁影响区的不同程度灵活采用其中 1种或多种形式作为地铁保护方案中的方向策略,并从设计、施工等多方面提出涉铁方案中合理的风险控制手段.
Research on design scheme and risk control of municipal engineering involving urban rail transit lines
In order to ensure the safe operation of existing urban rail transit,the preliminary scheme research for the construction of new municipal infrastructure needs to focus on the protection of existing urban rail transit lines.Beijing Fengtai railway station,as an important transportation hub,has complex construction conditions for its surrounding municipal transportation facilities,especially the operation of Beijing metro line 10,which is a critical issue in municipal road design research.To ensure the smooth implementation of the municipal road connecting scheme,the feasibility of different schemes involving Beijing metro line 10 is analyzed from various forms such as viaducts,depot passages,and underground tunnels.Propose a three levels of fortification policy,namely the principle of"source control,process isolation,and end reinforcement",and flexibly adopt one or more forms as the directional strategy in the urban rail protection scheme based on the different influence of the railway affected area.Reasonable risk control scheme involving railways are proposed from multiple aspects such as design construction and etc.
