Research on overseas patent arrangement strategy in China's railway industry-Taking Thailand as an example
With promotion of the"the Belt and Road"strategy,China has fully participated in foreign railway projects by virtue of the whole railway industry chain,such as project design,engineering construction,operation and maintenance,service and management,and strives to improve the international competition of China's railway industry.In this situation,the weakness of China's lack of awareness on overseas patent arrangement is gradually emerging.To this end,the article takes Thailand as an example and focuses on the construction of the China-Thailand railway.Based on the explanation of Thailand's intellectual property protection system,the current situation and arrangement characteristics of patents in the Thai railway field,the article analyzes the current situation and common issues of overseas patent arrangement in China's railway field.It also analyzes the main factors that Chinese railway enterprises should consider when conducting overseas patent arrangement,and proposes relevant arrangement strategies accordingly,in order to provide decision-making references for the scientific and effective arrangement of patents in China's railway field overseas.
