Evaluation and research of TOD development of intercity railway stations in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area based on the node-place-market model
In order to comprehensively assess the current situation and potential of TOD development of intercity railway stations in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,an evaluation system of TOD development of intercity railway stations is constructed in the first place on the basis of the"node-place-market"model;then,the scores of the indicators of each intercity railway station in the Greater Bay Area in the three dimensions of node, place, and market are calculated by using the multivariate network data, and the intercity railway stations in the Greater Bay Area are divided into 2 categories:operating line stations and stations on the lines under construction, and their TOD development status is evaluated respectively. The evaluation results show that the indicators of the operating line stations are lower, and the location of the station makes it difficult for resources to cluster around the station, and the TOD development is limited;the location of the stations on the lines under construction is more compatible with the spatial structure of the city, and the indicators are generally higher than those of the operating line stations. For this reason, the stock of resources should be utilized, the operating lines and the lines under construction which has a driving effect on it should be combined organically, and the refined TOD comprehensive development of the station should be implemented and policy support should be given,so as to give full play to the economic efficiency of the station.
