南京地铁电客车"数智人+自然人"巡检协作模式研究及应用

近年来,智慧城轨应用在行业内得到广泛推广和建设,但真正转化为生产力,并成功固化成可推广、可复制、可应用且成效显著的智慧城轨建设模式却不多见.南京地铁在开通最早、设备最老旧且种类最多的1号线引入以360°检测技术和车辆巡检机器人为核心的"数智人"家族.通过对"数智人"应用规则及责任界定的评估,并依托南京地铁已建成的设施设备运维管理平台,实现"数"与"智"的融合.从现场感知检测到任务派发执行,南京地铁经过长期研究验证、调整与优化后,结合生产组织的相应调整,形成可复制的"数智人+自然人"列车巡检协作模式,真正将技术转化为生产力,实现降本增效的目标,为行业智慧城轨发展提供借鉴.
Research and application of"digital human+natural person"inspection cooperation mode of Nanjing metro trains
In recent years,the whole industry has been accelerating the promotion and construction of smart urban rail,but the examples of true formation of productivity and solidification into a promotable,replicable,applicable and effective smart urban rail construction model is very few,In line 1 of Nanjing metro,which is the earliest operated,with the oldest equipment and the most varieties of equipment,the"digital human"family with 360 degree detection and vehicle inspection robot as the core is introduced,the integration of"digital"and"intelligence"is achieved through the evaluation of"digital human"application rules and responsibility definition and in accordance with the established facilities and equipment operation and maintenance management platform of Nanjing metro.From on-site perception detection to task dispatch execution and on the basis of long-term research and verification,adjustment,optimization,etc.,combined with the adjustment of production organization,a replicable"digital human+natural person"train inspection collaboration model has been formed in Nanjing metro,which truly transforms technology into productivity,realizes cost reduction and efficiency increase,and provides reference for the development of smart urban rail transit in the industry.
