地铁车辆段智慧化提升建设需求分析与方案研究

在地铁网络化运营条件下,地铁车辆段的检修维护、调度运行、生产管控压力随着客流量和列车运用数量的增加而持续增大,因此车辆段智慧化提升对于提高生产效率、优化资源配置、降低运营成本具有重要意义.文章调研国内外智慧车辆段发展现状和应用实例,分析其在车辆设备检修维护、生产调度和乘务管理方面的实践成果与需求趋势,同时结合车辆段现存问题,提出涵盖检修维护智能化、生产调度自动化、乘务管理智慧化、综合管控数字化的智慧车辆段方案建议.研究成果可为运营管理和规划设计部门制定近期和远期智能运维技术提升方案和车辆基地资源规划提供决策依据.
Construction demand analysis and scheme research for the intelligent upgrading of metro depot
Under the network operation conditions of urban rail transit,the pressure of overhaul and maintenance,scheduling and operation and production control of metro depot continued to increase with the increase of passenger flow and the number of operational trains,thereby the intelligent upgrading of depot is of great significance for improving production efficiency,optimizing resource allocation and reducing operating costs.This article investigates the development status quo and application examples of intelligent depots both at home and abroad,analyzes their practical achievements and demand trends in vehicle equipment overhaul and maintenance,production scheduling and crew management,and at the same time,in combination with the existing issues of the company's depots,the suggestion of an intelligent depot scheme covering intelligent overhaul and maintenance,automated production scheduling,smart crew management and digital comprehensive management and control is put forward.The research results can provide basis for decision-making for the operation management and planning and design departments to formulate short-term and long-term intelligent operation and maintenance technology improvement and vehicle base resource planning.
