Research on economic modeling analysis of full-lifecycle maintenance for metro trains
Based on the full-lifecycle cost and reliability theory, this article proposes an economic analysis model for the maintenance of metro trains throughout their full-lifecycle.Based on the total maintenance cost model of the full-lifecycle of metro trains, and based on reliability theory,by inputting cost data such as labor and materials into the model, the total maintenance cost of the full-lifecycle of metro trains can be calculated on the calculation model of repair and preventive maintenance counts and the average maintenance period calculation model of repair and preventive maintenance under replacement and non-replacement conditions.Taking the established maintenance cost model for the full-lifecycle of a metro system as an example, this paper analyzes the cost proportion of preventive maintenance and repair maintenance,as well as the proportion of labor and material costs.Through single factor sensitivity analysis, the key influencing factors of the full-lifecycle cost are identified, providing guidance for the intensive limited resources utilization and the full-lifecycle cost reduction of metro trains.
