Research on abnormal wear and adjustment and preventive measures of pantograph-OCS in urban rail transit
As a critical component of the electric traction power supply system in rail transit,the operational stability of pantograph-OCS system is vital for ensuring train safety and enhancing operational efficiency.Taking the abnormal wear of the pantograph-OCS system observed in the operation of Guiyang metro line 1 as an example,this article delves into the causes of abnormal wear in urban rail transit's pantograph-OCS systems.These causes encompass various factors such as pantograph-OCS materials,OCS suspension,rigid-to-flexible transition design of the OCS,pantograph-OCS contact pressure,train operating speed and environmental conditions.Based on the analysis of the causes of abnormal wear of pantograph-OCS,this article further proposes targeted adjustment and preventive measures for the various phases of design,construction and operation,aiming to reduce abnormal pantograph-OCS wear from its source,ensure train operational safety,extend system lifespan,and lower the operation and maintenance costs.This article provides reference and inspiration for addressing the issue of abnormal wear in urban rail transit's pantograph-OCS system.
