The Intensity of External Technological Activities and the Innovation Output of Enterprises
External technological activities,represented by R&D outsourcing and technology introduction,are an important part of enterprise innovation.Accurately testing their actual innovation effect is conducive to understanding and grasping the structural innovation characteristics of Chinese enterprises.In this regard,this paper finds that the intensity of external scientific and technological activities can significantly improve the innovation output,with the key internal mechanisms of the R&D fund driving effect and human capital improvement effect.In addition,government innovation policies have a positive impact on further supporting and guiding enterprises'external scientific and technological activities and improving innovation output,while the intensity of foreign technology introduction has no significant impact on enterprises'innovation output.The relevant findings provide reference for optimizing the external innovation decisions of enterprises and strengthening the pertinence of China's relevant innovation policies.
