Research on the Evaluation of Transformation Efficiency of Partially Traditional Industrial Cities Based on DEA Model
In the early period of the founding of China, the state established important strategic energy security bases in some cities, which strongly guaranteed the industrial economy of new China to achieve great leap forward and great development. However, with the transformation of China's economic development mode to high efficiency and intensive, these industrial cities are also facing the gradual depletion of extractable energy and the imminent situation of transformation and development.Now,8 samples are selected from 69 typical resource-depleted cities identified by the state in three batches, and correlation analysis and data envelopment analysis(DEA)are applied to study the transformation efficiency of some industrial cities in 2022 in terms of technological efficiency, scale efficiency, and output insufficiency rate, etc.According to the results of the model operation,we analyse the inputs and outputs of each city, and give targeted suggestions based on the data and the real needs.
