电力变压器本体振动噪声信息采集分析研究

在工业电力设备装置中,电力变压器有着举足轻重的地位.随着用电设备对超高压电力的需求量增加,确保电力变压器正常稳定使用,有着非常重要的意义.通过对变压器本体机械结构的振动因素进行分析,设计出电力变压器本体振动噪声信息采集方案,通过采集电力变压器在使用过程中的本体振动噪声信号,分析其自身的振动特性,并预判是否带病工作.将其应用于企业的用电系统中,并进行了应用效果分析.结果表明,该方案符合实际工业用电系统故障诊断前期预测的需求.
Power Transformer Body Vibration and Noise Information Collection and Analysis Study
In the industrial power equipment,power transformer has a significant position.With the increase in the demand for ultra-high voltage power by power equipment,it is of great significance to ensure the normal and stable use of power transformers.Through the analysis of the vibration factors of the transformer body mechanical structure,the design of the power transformer body vibration noise information acquisition program,through the collection of the power transformer in the use of the body vibration noise signal,analysis of its own vibration characteristics,and prejudge whether to work with disease.It is applied to the enterprise's power system,and the application effect analysis is carried out.The results show that the programme meets the needs of fault diagnosis pre-prediction of the actual industrial power system.
