为了进一步提高调相机缺陷识别能力,设计了一种基于TCN网络的调相机局部放电智能检测方法.在调相机设备上开展了干扰测试,构建能够满足现场调相机内局部放电检测系统.研究结果表明:设计相位反馈控制能够对低于1.8 kHz低频噪声造成相位衰落起到明显抑制效果.调相机局部放电检测试验结果显示,10s时间内,Michelson光纤干涉系统对内部缺陷信号达到了精确检测的效果,PZT传感器则没有检测出内部缺陷的信号.
Intelligent Detection of Partial Discharge of Adjusting Camera Based on TCN Network
In order to further improve the defect identification ability of tuner camera,an intelligent detection method for partial discharge of tuner camera based on TCN network is designed.The interference test is carried out on the tuner equipment,and the partial discharge detection system which can meet the field tuner is constructed.The results show that the phase feedback control method designed in this paper can significantly suppress the phase fading caused by low frequency noise below 1.8 kHz.The partial discharge test results of the tuner camera show that the Michelson optical fiber interferometer system can accurately detect the ultrasonic signal of internal defects in 10s,while the PZT sensor does not detect the signal of internal defects.
