Simulation of a Coal Boring System Considering Carbon Emissions
Tension in mining and excavation succession has become an important factor affecting the safety production of coal mines in China, and the slow excavation speed of coal mine roadway is an important reason for the tension in mining and excavation succession. At the same time,in order to achieve the"dual carbon"goal,it is necessary to limit the increase in carbon emissions in the process of easing the succession tension. Therefore, this paper uses Anylogic simulation software and system dynamics modeling method(SD)to comprehensively consider factors such as carbon emissions and establish a tunneling efficiency model.Taking a certain coal mine as a prototype, according to the actual situation of the mine,by adjusting the number of personnel and per capita expenditure in each tunneling process, tunneling efficiency optimization is carried out.Simulation results show that:support efiiciency and average failure-free time are relatively low, which are the main factors affecting tunneling in coal mine roadways;increasing personnel quantity has a more significant effect on improving the efficiency of support processes than providing employee motivation;for improving tunneling efficiency, increasing personnel quantity and providing employee motivation alone cannot meet the requirements, and both methods need to be combined.
