针对轨道紧固件检修效率低、工作量大的工程问题,设计基于PLC的轨道紧固件检修车.首先完成了总体框架设计,并设计了各组成部分相关功能;其次以西门子SMART为主控制器构建了电气系统,组建了总线网络;最后设计了软件系统和人机交互界面.该检修车应用于轨道紧固件的巡检和检修,可提高工作效率,为轨道检修提供一种较好的思路.
Design of Track Fastener Inspection Vehicle Based on PLC
This paper designs a track fastener maintenance vehicle based on PLC in order to solve the engineering problems of low efficiency and heavy workload of track fastener maintenance.Firstly,it completed the overall framework design and the related functions of each component.Then,the electrical system is built with Siemens SMART as the main controller,the bus network is set up,and the software system and human-computer interaction are designed.The inspection vehicle is applied to the inspection and inspection of track fasteners,which can improve the working efficiency and provide a better idea for track inspection.
