Application of PLC Control Based Electric Heater in Air Separation Purification System
Aiming at the low heating efficiency of electric heater in air separation purification system of a company and the imperfect function of control loop,we put forward the PLC control scheme of electric heater,adjusting the fully power-regulated heating to partially fixed heating and partially power-regulated heating,and designing the control system by PLC to achieve the local control and remote automatic control of electric heater.Practical application shows that the PLC control scheme has good practicability and economy,and it can save at least 594,000 RMB per year.
