Evaluation and Analysis of Grid Investment Benefits under Whole Process Control
In recent years,with the continuous reform of China's electric power system and the increasing supervision and control of electric power investment,it brings new challenges to the investment management of electric power enterprises.From the perspective of whole-process control,we analyse the benefits of grid investment and risk control of grid investment,combine the development trend of China's power grid with relevant national policies,and construct a grid investment benefit evaluation system with engineering applicability and investment guidance.Take the 2020-2021 X provincial company investment plan grid infrastructure projects as an example,carry out benefit evaluation and analysis of the project,and put forward relevant suggestions.
