Impact of Financial Sharing Centre Construction on the Performance of Industrial Enterprises——Taking TCL Company as an Example
Through the analysis of the motivation and path of the enterprise construction of financial sharing centre,we can understand the motivation and process of the enterprise establishment of financial sharing centre and the place that can be optimized,and we use the traditional financial performance index analysis method and EVA method to make a comparative analysis on the financial performance of the enterprise establishment of financial sharing,and we come to the conclusion that the enterprise establishment of the financial sharing centre can increase the performance of the enterprise to a certain degree;and then through the summary of the advanced technology experience of other excellent financial sharing enterprises,we hope to be able to build the financial sharing enterprise performance.Then,through the summary of other excellent financial sharing enterprises'advanced technology experience,we hope to provide some experience and suggestions to the companies that will build financial sharing.
