Research on the Current Situation and Path of Corporate Green Governance
Along with the rapid development of society and economy,carbon emission has become an important factor affecting economic development.Therefore,China has formulated a four-phase plan from the 11th Five-Year Plan to the 14th Five-Year Plan,hoping to achieve sustainable economic and environmental development through energy conservation and emission reduction.In order to gain a comparative advantage in the increasingly fierce competition,more and more enterprises are promoting green governance to improve their operational efficiency and their social and economic image,and to enhance their competitiveness.Based on this,the status quo and path of enterprise green governance are discussed in order to provide reference for enterprise green governance.
