Research on Comprehensive Evaluation of the Development Level of Digital Economy in Chinese Provinces and Regions
The strategy of digital economy development provides great dynamic energy for the social economy,but it also reveals some challenges and problems.Based on this,the evaluation index system of digital economy development environment+digital industrialisation+industrial digitisation is constructed,and the entropy weight-TOPSIS model is chosen to measure the digital economy development level of 31 provinces and cities in 2021.The results found that China's provincial digital economy has the problem of uneven and insufficient development,the development quality of Beijing-Tianjin area and developed coastal areas is higher,the development of the hinterland and remote areas is lagging behind,the provinces and cities with high comprehensive scores have better development in all dimensions,and there are also dimensions that rank more prominently in the provinces with medium and low development.For this reason,corresponding development suggestions are put forward in terms of infrastructure construction,technological competitiveness and transformation and upgrading.
