基于PLC的空压机排气压力控制系统的设计与改进

针对空压机排气压力控制系统运行稳定性较差的问题,提出一种基于PLC的空压机排气压力控制系统.控制系统以S7-200系列PLC为核心,对空压机的硬件部分和软件部分进行了设计.实践应用表明:基于PLC的空压机排气压力控制系统符合预期要求,能够安全稳定运行,降低事故发生概率,每年可节省费用6.5万元左右,经济效益显著.
Design and Improvement of PLC-Based Air Compressor Exhaust Pressure Control System
Aiming at the problem of poor operation stability of air compressor exhaust pressure control system,a PLC-based air compressor exhaust pressure control system is proposed.The control system takes S7-200 series PLC as the core,and the hardware part and software part of the air compressor are designed.Practical application shows that:PLC-based air compressor exhaust pressure control system meets the expected requirements,can operate safely and stably,reduce the probability of accidents,and save about 554,000 yuan per year,with significant economic benefits.
