超长距离掘进巷道通风安全保障技术研究

为了确保超长距离巷道掘进通风系统平稳运行,以31采区支架专用运输巷掘进通风为例,通过计算工作面用风量并考虑长距离通风时风筒漏风情况,综合选择了大功率局部风机,实施了变频通风和柔性风筒将阻措施,并制定了长距离通风安全保障措施.实践表明,31采区支架专用运输巷掘进工作面通风稳定,供风量在592 m3/min左右,风速在0.33 m/s左右,风量和风速始终在合理范围内,充分保障了工作面良好的工作环境.
Research on Ventilation Safety Guarantee Technology of Ultra-Long-Distance Digging Roadway
In order to ensure the smooth operation of the ventilation system of ultra-long-distance roadway tunnelling,taking the ventilation of the special transport roadway tunnelling of the support in the 31 mining area as an example,through calculating the air volume of the working face and taking into account the leakage of the wind pipe during the long-distance ventilation,we comprehensively selected the high-power local fans,implemented the frequency conversion ventilation and the flexible wind pipe will be the obstruction measures,and formulated the safety measures for the long-distance ventilation.Practice shows that:31 mining area stent special transport lane digging face ventilation is stable,the air supply is about 592 m3/min,the wind speed is about 0.33 m/s,the air volume and wind speed are always within the reasonable range,which fully guarantees the good working environment of the working face.
