Simulation and Research on PID Control of Cylinder Gripper Based on MATLAB
The aim is to study and simulate the PID control system of cylinder gripper based on Simulink.Cylinder gripper is a common actuator,which is widely used in the field of industrial automation,and the PID controller,as a classical control algorithm,is simple,stable and easy to implement.This paper firstly introduces the working principle and control requirements of the cylinder gripper,and then introduces the principle and parameter adjustment method of PID controller in detail.Then,simulation experiments are carried out through Simulink software to verify the effectiveness and performance advantages of the PID controller in the cylinder jaw control.Finally,the simulation results are analysed and summarised,and suggestions for further improvement are made to enhance its efficiency.
