Research on the Design and Application of Cooling System for High Power Inverter
Aiming at the problem of poor operational stability and high cost of traditional air-conditioning cooling method for inverter,a high-power inverter cooling system is designed.Firstly,the working principle of the high-power cooling system is analysed,and the cooling system is designed on this basis,including the design of the inverter box,parameter calculation,key equipment selection and precautions.The high-power inverter cooling system is applied to an actual thermal company,the cooling system can effectively maintain the operating temperature of the inverter to ensure the safe and stable operation of the high-power inverter.Meanwhile,it has good economy,and the investment of equipment can save 60,000 yuan,meanwhile,it can save 237,000 yuan of electricity cost every year.
