As a key link in cigarette production,tobacco primary processing line affects the quality of the entire product.Due to the complex process flow and multiple influencing factors of the production line,in order to further ensure the process quality of tobacco production,this article elaborates on its impact on the process quality of tobacco production from four factors:moisture control,temperature control,material flow control,and component control,And combined with the requirements of cigarette process control,the focus was on exploring how to control the influencing factors,aiming to ensure the process quality of cigarette products in the silk making process.
