As an important energy base of the country,Ordos City implements the goal of"double carbon",which is the proper meaning of realising the high quality development of the region and the concrete action of implementing the major decisions of the country.The implementation of"double carbon"target in Erdos is not only a serious challenge,but also a great opportunity.Erdos has a large total carbon emission and high intensity,and the highest carbon emission industry is power generation and heating industry.If Ordos is to be a pioneer area of"exploring a new way of high-quality development oriented to ecological priority and green development",it is urgent to strengthen the top-level design,formulate a carbon-neutral timetable and roadmap,and promote the industrial transformation by energy transformation to realise the green and low-carbon development.
