Research on Talent Standards and Training Path of Industrial Internet Enterprises
Industrial Internet is a new type of industrial ecology.As a national strategy of our country,the development of Industrial Internet has created a good fertile ground for cultivation and formed a vigorous development situation,regardless of national policies or social needs.Through industry research on the current situation and trend of industry development,talent demand analysis of corresponding professional posts(groups),and the setting of Industrial Internet application majors in vocational colleges,it is concluded that Industrial Internet has advantages in terms of industrial scale,new employment and other aspects,and also exposed the problem of talent gap.Based on the demand for talents in corresponding vocational posts(groups)and the setting of Industrial Internet application majors in vocational colleges,the training standards for professional talents were designed in detail,including five aspects:professional orientation,curriculum system construction,teacher requirements,teaching conditions,and vocational certificates.Finally,it discusses the training path of Industrial Internet talents in detail from two parts:teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.
