Research on Economic Benefit Evaluation of Electricity Distribution Project Based on Hierarchical Analysis Method
Aiming at the economic benefit evaluation problem in the investment decision of power distribution project,a set of evaluation method based on hierarchical analysis is proposed.This method sets the target layer,guideline layer and programme layer on the evaluation level,and considers multi-dimensional factors such as cost,benefit and risk on the evaluation index.Using the hierarchical analysis method,the weight of each evaluation index can be clarified and the comprehensive economic benefits of the power distribution project can be calculated.Specific steps and methods for determining the judgement matrix,conducting consistency test and calculating the weights are given.The application process of the evaluation method,including the assignment of indicators,determination of weights and calculation of economic benefits,is clarified through the analysis of examples.The study shows that the constructed evaluation method can effectively support the investment decision-making of power distribution projects.A set of systematic and operable framework for evaluating the economic benefits of power distribution projects is provided,which has certain theoretical and practical value.
