Cost Control and Benefit Optimisation in Economic Management of Manufacturing Enterprises
The research status and methods of cost control and benefit optimisation in manufacturing enterprises are summarised by reviewing and analysing relevant literature.It is found that manufacturing enterprises can achieve cost control and benefit optimisation by means of refined management,supply chain optimisation and technological innovation.In addition,enterprises should also pay attention to the establishment of employee training and incentive mechanism to improve the enthusiasm and innovation ability of employees to further promote cost control and benefit optimisation.Future research can be carried out from financial management,supply chain management,production management and other aspects,to explore the potential of cost control and benefit optimisation,and provide more scientific and effective strategies and methods for the economic management of manufacturing enterprises.
