Reflections on Enterprise Management Changes in the Context of Low Carbon Economy
On the basis of the analysis of the main sources of enterprise carbon emissions,the path of enterprise management change in the context of low-carbon economy is briefly described,and the strategy of enterprise carbon emission management change is discussed from three aspects,namely,intelligent manufacturing and process synergy,optimisation of energy structure,and refined management of enterprise energy,with a view to providing references for relevant researchers and promoting China's enterprises to realise a win-win situation in terms of both economic benefits and environmental benefits.and environmental benefits of enterprises in China.
