The Enlightenment of Lean Production History to Chinese-Style Production Management
China is now a manufacturing giant,with the growth of domestic enterprises,the demand for Chinese-style management theory is gradually strong.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of lean production in practice,and makes some exploration on production management for Chinese manufacturing enterprises,combining with Chinese traditional culture.
