Research on Supply Chain Risk Characteristics and Response Strategies of Liaoning Equipment Manufacturing Industry
Comprehensively analyzing the current situation and factors of supply chain risk in Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry,it is found that there are risks and challenges such as single industrial structure,fluctuating market demand,resource dependence and environmental protection pressure,technological innovation and talent shortage.On this basis,internal and external risk factors are discussed in depth,and targeted coping strategies are proposed.It is found that optimization of production process,supplier management and cooperation,diversified market and product positioning can improve supply chain efficiency and stability.The results of the study are of great significance to the risk management and optimization of supply chain in Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry,and can provide valuable references and inspirations for related industries.
