实现资源型经济转型发展是党中央赋予山西的重大使命,"十四五"时期是山西"转型出雏型"的关键期,通过对"十四五"前半程山西"新产品"发展取得的积极进展进行梳理,客观分析当前全省"新产品"发展所存在的短板和弱项,结合"十四五"后半程所面临的新形势、新机遇、新挑战,进而从多举措构建创新生态体系、持续加大新产品研发力度、加快培育一批新兴产业龙头产品、打响"山西制造"整体品牌、加快推动行业标准体系构建、强化项目建设、持续深化经济合作五个方面提出"十四五"后期促进山西"新产品"发展的政策建议.

To realise the transformation and development of resource-based economy is a major mission given to Shanxi by the CPC Central Committee,and the"14th Five-Year Plan"period is a key period for Shanxi to"transform into a new type".Through the first half of the"14th Five-Year"Shanxi"new products"development of the positive progress to sort out,an objective analysis of the province's"new products"development of the existing shortcomings and weaknesses,combined with the"14th Five-Year"The second half of the new situation,new opportunities,new challenges,and then from multiple initiatives to build an innovation ecosystem,continue to increase the research and development of new products,accelerate the cultivation of a number of leading products in emerging industries,the overall brand of"Made in Shanxi",to accelerate the promotion of the construction of the industry standard system,to strengthen the construction of the project,and continue to deepen the economic cooperation in five areas Propose policy suggestions to promote the development of"new products"in Shanxi in the late stage of the"14th Five-Year Plan".
