RV减速器选配平台是为了解决工业行业内减速器零件选配的效率问题,提高工厂的生产能力而开发出的智能算法选配平台.该平台采用前后端分离模式开发,前端使用Vue.js框架,后端使用Spring Boot框架,由MySQL数据库提供数据存储和数据支持.同时,平台结合智能寻优算法(遗传算法、人工蜂群算法、粒子群算法等)进行零件选配分析,并引入自适应函数调整策略,解决算法容易陷入局部最优的状况.RV减速器选配平台具备了用户管理、零件数据管理和零件选配等功能.经试验证明,平台可以根据制定好的条件约束进行零件的匹配,提高了零件选配的成功性.
Intelligent Algorithm Based RV Reducer Selection Platform
The RV reducer selection platform is an intelligent algorithm selection platform developed to solve the efficiency problem of reducer parts selection in the industrial industry and improve the production capacity of factories.The platform is developed in front-end and back-end separation mode,using Vue.js framework in the front-end and Spring Boot framework in the back-end,with data storage and data support provided by MySQL database.At the same time,the platform combines intelligent optimisation algorithms(genetic algorithm,artificial bee colony algorithm,particle swarm algorithm,etc.)to carry out parts selection analysis,and introduces an adaptive function adjustment strategy to solve the problem of algorithms falling into the local optimal situation.the RV reducer selection platform is equipped with functions such as user management,parts data management,and parts selection.The test proves that the platform can match the parts according to the formulated condition constraints,which improves the success of part selection.
