工业机器人在智能制造领域得到广泛应用,进一步提高了工业自动化水平.为了提高工业机器人曲面磨抛效率,在分析端面磨具磨抛工艺的基础上,建立了一种神经网络ANN和遗传算法GA相结合的最优工业机器人曲面磨抛工艺.开展磨抛参数优化实例分析,对比了ANN-GA方法优化前后的可靠性.研究结果表明,经过ANN-GA优化处理方法使得工业机器人曲面磨抛获得了更高的加工效率.该研究有助于提高磨抛设备运行效率,对后续的理论强化提供相关的支撑.
Analysis of Optimal Surface Grinding and Polishing of Industrial Robot Based on ANN-GA Method
Industrial robots have been widely used in the field of intelligent manufacturing,which further improves the level of industrial automation.In order to improve the surface polishing efficiency of industrial robots,an optimal surface polishing process of industrial robots was established based on the analysis of the surface polishing process of end abrasive tools.The reliability of ANN-GA method before and after optimization is compared by an example of grinding and polishing parameter optimization.The results show that the machining efficiency of industrial robot surface polishing can be improved by ANN-GA optimization method.This study is helpful to the operation efficiency of polishing equipment and provides relevant support for the subsequent theoretical strengthening.
