Energy-Saving Optimization Analysis of Gas-Fired Boiler Based on DOE
In the cigarette industry,boilers mainly provide saturated steam for cigarette production.A large amount of energy is consumed in the operation of the boiler,and how to reduce the energy consumption of the boiler is the key to energy saving and emission reduction in cigarette factories.The gas-steam ratio is an important indicator to measure the boiler operating efficiency.Therefore,according to the current situation of the boiler gas-steam ratio,comprehensive analysis and field demonstration are adopted.The main influencing factors of the steam-gas ratio of the boiler were determined,and then the design of experiment(DOE)was used to optimize the operating parameters of the boiler,and its effect was verified.The results showed that the gas-to-steam ratio decreased by 7.7％year-on-year after corresponding measures were taken,and its stability was also improved.
