Study on the Role Mechanism and Guarantee Mechanism of Digital Economy Development in Promoting Carbon Emission Reduction in Henan Province
Carbon emission reduction has always been a hot issue in all walks of life,and it is also the key to achieving the goal of"double carbon".Based on the current situation of digital economy development in Henan Province,it is pointed out that there are problems of low level of digital economy development,carbon emission reduction to be improved,and the effect of digital economy on carbon emission reduction to be strengthened in Henan Province.It further analyses the mechanism of digital economy development on carbon emission reduction,and puts forward the corresponding guarantee mechanism for the digital economy to promote carbon emission reduction in Henan Province from the three dimensions of industrial structure upgrading,optimal allocation of resources and green technology innovation.
