Design and Economic Study of Recovery and Utilization of Waste Heat and Energy in Metallurgical Enterprises
From the sources of waste heat and residual energy,the current utilization mode and the characteristics of waste heat and residual energy,the present situation of recycling and utilization of industrial waste heat and residual energy is described.Combined with the actual case,the realization mode,precautions and practical effect of industrial waste heat waste energy in central heating and domestic hot water in industrial areas are analyzed,The final settlement price of the project is 1.32 million yuan,achieving the investment income of the year,and the implementation of the project can save 1.6 million yuan of gas costs for the enterprise every year.Finally,the recycling and utilization of industrial waste heat and energy under the background of"dual carbon"are summarized and prospected.
