Cost control is an important content of manufacturing enterprises'production and operation activities,which directly affects the quality of enterprises'operation.Based on the current situation of cost control in machinery manufacturing enterprises,this paper deeply analyzes the main problems of cost control in enterprises,and puts forward some countermeasures for cost control in manufacturing enterprises to promote enterprises to build a comprehensive cost control mechanism and realize high-quality,sustainable and healthy development.
