Study on the Value and Path of Enhancing the Management Efficiency of PET Manufacturing Enterprises in the Context of"Dual Carbon"
In recent years,China's high-end materials industry has been developing rapidly,and a number of enterprises with large scale,advanced technology and high market share have emerged.With the proposal of"double carbon"goal,high-end materials industry is facing the development requirements of transformation and upgrading,quality and efficiency.In the new environment,China's high-end materials industry has entered a new stage of development.The traditional high-end materials production model can no longer meet the current demand,transformation and upgrading has become an inevitable choice.At present,PET industry is China's high-end materials industry in the development of more mature and most dynamic one of the sub-fields.Taking PET production enterprises as an example,we analyse the value of improving the management effectiveness of PET production enterprises from five aspects,with a view to providing reference for relevant enterprises.
