Research on Workshop Scheduling Optimisation under Lean Management
Taking Company A as an example,the traditional production scheduling method in the production workshop is highly subjective and the scheduling method is poorly rational,which leads to become one of the problems that constrains the production and wastes the production capacity,so a more lean scheduling study is needed.The study analyses the existing scheduling model in Company A and reallocates it using an improved genetic algorithm scheduling.
